  • Use a well-cultivated computer shelf. The relative closeness of all necessary items of work is your primal need.
  • The chair needs to adapt to your spinal make-up and the monitor position should suit your view and review. You must bear in mind that small things add to the general satisfaction, without which, there always will be something missing in your job.
  • The armrests, avionics, anti-radiation monitor cover and some other important points go without saying.
  • Changing postures and getting off the wood for precious minutes to do some stretching would be a great asset to you.

  1. Posture is a key component as well to avoid RSI or even contribute to CTS. Having good posture also helps with breathing better and avoiding a forward head.
