Workstation Decor Ideas

Do you get the Monday morning blues? Does perhaps the sight of your drab and boring workstation/cubicle put you off?

Well with a little imagination, you can immensely improve the way your work station looks; you can make it more cheerful and welcoming and an incentive to creativity!

It could be something as simple as a particular color of chair   for your work station: Replace that drab black or brown with a pretty pink or an attractive shade of blue. [ergonomic office chair]

Some colors are instantly more appealing and give you a little perk up every morning so think of adding more color to the workstation. A colorful and attractive calendar may also help; perhaps a funny or interesting clock could be a cheerful addition.

A film poster featuring a favorite star could be a great idea as well. It is also a good idea to take large size printouts of your favorite inspirational quotations so that you get a little bit of stimulating encouragement each day.

If possible add a bit of nature to your office: fresh flowers in a vase or even artificial ones can really brighten up a space.

So go ahead and get creative with your workstation, but be careful if you work in an office that you keep within the rules and guidelines laid down.
