  • A job with stability and security may be one in a niche industry that few manage to gain skill or mastery of. The fact that fewer people engage in a particular trade makes for better job security and more peace of mind.
  • The right kind of personal contact and good working relationships at work also manage to lower stress levels. As human interaction at work becomes healthy so does personal stress reduce.
  • The right kind of boss is of course a matter dearly to be wished for; would that we all had such good fortune! A boss who guides rather than interferes, is able to offer praise and encouragement and is fair and mindful of employee working hours and stress levels is as much of a stress buster as anything else.
  • Reactions to pressure also determine how much stress you undergo. Reacting to stress brought on by change and other factors can be utilized positively or it can act as a corrosive disability. Being positive about pressure triggers can help here.
