Is Your Computer Causes Neck Pain?

Neck pain is the result of sitting long hours in front of the computer in an unchanged position or in a poor posture.

Postural syndrome is essentially repetitive stress to the neck, head, shoulders, arms, hands, throat spine and commonly associated headache.

Continuous writing, poor typing techniques, monitor wrong height, leaning head forward, looking up, down or straight for long hours can cause neck pain.

Poor posture can lead to stiff and painful neck muscles, neck stiffness, and commonly associated headaches.

To avoid the neck pain place the mouse as close to your body as possible. Put a bridge over the number keypad so the mouse is closer to you.

Avoid repetitive hand movements, poor head support and sitting too low. Adjust your arm rest that means it should not be too high or too long.
