- Keep your mouse at keyboard height with your arm relaxed at your side and elbow placed at 90 degree angle.
- Using wrong sized hand mouse also causes computer related elbow injuries. So, always use a computer mouse that offers ergonomic design and fits your hand properly.
- Wear a brace around the elbow if necessary. This can help you to take of certain pressure off the elbow and distributes stress equally along the arm.
- Stretch your arms and elbow often to keep them flexible, which reduce strain at one particular muscle of your arm.
- Don’t change your daily activities suddenly or over-train your elbow. If you notice any soreness or increase in arm fatigue, stretch your arm often and use cold packs at regular intervals.
